The '11 Show Cattle Camp has been designed as a hands on learning camp for those of all ages and levels of showmanship. Parents, County Agents and AG Teachers are encouraged to attend with youth.
This camp will cover nutrition, halter breaking, daily care (washing, hair care and recommended products), show day preparation, proper hauling, fitting & clipping basics, showmanship and hoof trimming demonstrations. Participants are encouraged to bring one calf. Please provide your own show stick, rope halter and show halter.
Show Cattle Camp Fee
$100/per participant.
$50 for each Adult, County Agent, AG Teacher or Parent.
(Fees include camp materials, product give-aways, breakfast, lunch, snack and youth t-shirt.
